and "Indians"

Indigenous tea cultures
Not only do we East Frisians drink tea, the Native Americans also know about its importance and effects. So I go online and immerse myself in a new journey of knowledge.
I didn't discover the "cloud" there, but preparing tea is part of the cultural heritage of many indigenous nations. Whether as an enjoyment or with a healing effect, various types of tea have found their very special place in the application.
It's 'just' dried leaves, maybe freshly picked or the blossoms of special plants, whose special features are now combined with us in the form of a tea.
Once it was a seed that was awakened, broke through the earth's mantle and then grew in the warm light of the sun. The rain, the morning dew quenched their thirst and the wind gently played with their leaves. As he gently rocked her to his rhythm, a small insect drank the fresh, sweet potion of the flower.
Now she once again releases all her power, the fragrance and stored life energy. Man has learned to appreciate its value for himself and while the hot water connects with it, a cultural togetherness arises from plant and man.
